About transfer of the state company "National integration of national art crafts of Kyyal in maintaining Administration of the President and Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the jurisdiction of Administration of the President and Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "National integration of national art crafts of Kyyal with property complex (further - the state company).

2. To Administration of the President and Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- accept the state company specified in Item 1 of this Resolution in the maintaining;

- develop and approve the Charter of the state company;

- provide preserving profile of activities of the state company and accomplishment of tasks by it on development of the Kyrgyz folk applied art;

- provide use of buildings, rooms and parcels of land of the state company according to its profile of activities;

- take measures for re-registration of the state company in the authorized state body performing registration of legal entities, and other measures following from this resolution.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.04.2021 No. 128

4. Declare invalid:

- Items 1 and 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state company "National Integration of National Art Crafts of Kyyal under Fund for Management of State-owned Property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2004 No. 135;
