2. To provide to the center of metrological support and standardization of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in paper and electronic types within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan major general Zhanzhumenov T. Zh.

4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of development, approval, accounting, approval, examination, change, cancellation and enforcement of military standards on goods military (products), goods (products) of dual purpose (application), military work and military service (further - Rules) are developed according to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About technical regulation" and determine procedure for development, approval, accounting, approval, examination, change, cancellation and enforcement of military standards on goods military (products), goods (products) of dual purpose (application), military work and military service for needs of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) developer - the legal entity performing works and (or) rendering services in development, modification and/or amendments in military standards and their cancellation;

2) military works - the activities connected with construction with capital repairs and upgrade of defense objects and military property, with creation of new arms and military equipment, special means, information, telecommunication and geographic information systems, automated control systems, and also the research, developmental and other works connected with military property or ensuring defense and safety of the state, having material result;

3) military services - the activities connected with testing, operation, servicing, running repair, liquidation by means of utilization, the destructions, burials of not used military property and idle property of special state and law enforcement agencies, the scientific and other activities connected with ensuring defense and safety of the state which do not have material result;

4) goods military (products) - arms, the military and special equipment, ammunition, documentation, objects of intellectual property right, the equipment for production and testing of goods of military (products), and also component parts to them;
