About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning angle-pieces steel hot-rolled, coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 107 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix №8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Euroasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the angle-pieces imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union steel hot-rolled ravnopolochny shelf from 20 to 200 mm wide inclusive from carbonaceous, low-alloyed and alloyed (except for corrosion-resistant) became, 7228 70 100 0 CN FEA EEU coming from Ukraine, classified by codes 7216 21 000 0, 7216 40 100 0, 7216 50 100 0, 7216 50 990 0,, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure 4 years 8 months.
2. To the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs:
provide collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by codes of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods;
provide implementation of offsetting of the amounts of the paid (collected) preliminary anti-dumping duty established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 11, 2017 №53, in anti-dumping duty and transfer into the single account of authorized body of that state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which they were paid (are collected).
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than October 11, 2017
