1. Establish "green" rate for electrical energy for private households which make electrical energy from energy of sunlight by power generation facilities which size of installed capacity does not exceed 30 kW and which are put into operation:

from April 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014 - 1113,26 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015 - 1001,27 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 - 621,82 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 - 590,06 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019 - 561,65 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024 - 504,81 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029 - 449,65 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT).

2. Establish "green" rate for electrical energy for private households which make electrical energy from wind energy power generation facilities which size of installed capacity does not exceed 30 kW and which are put into operation:

from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019 - 361,06 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024 - 324,28 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT);

from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029 - 289,18 the cop/kW • h (excluding VAT).

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 30, 2017 No. 864 "About establishment of "green" rates for electrical energy for private households".
