Regulations on development and implementation of actions plans ("road maps") on enhancement of the legislation and elimination of administrative barriers for the purpose of ensuring realization of the National technological initiative;

2. To federal executive bodies together with the working groups on enhancement of the legislation and elimination of administrative barriers for the purpose of ensuring realization of the National technological initiative created according to this resolution to provide till November 15, 2017 approval of actions plans ("road maps") according to the Provision approved by this resolution.

3. The realization of this resolution federal executive bodies is enabled within the established extreme number of employees of central offices of federal executive bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided to these bodies in the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period.

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for development, approval, realization, implementation of monitoring of implementation of actions plans ("road maps") by enhancement of the legislation and elimination of administrative barriers for the purpose of ensuring realization of the National technological initiative (further - "road maps"), and also modification of "road maps" according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2016 No. 317 "About realization of the National technological initiative" (further - the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2016 No. 317).

2. The concepts used in this Provision are applied in the values provided by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2016 No. 317.

II. Creation and the organization of activities of working groups on enhancement of the legislation and elimination of administrative barriers for the purpose of ensuring realization of the National technological initiative

3. For development of "road maps" and ensuring their realization the working groups on enhancement of the legislation and elimination of administrative barriers for the purpose of ensuring realization of the National technological initiative (further - working groups) which heads affirm Government commission on upgrade of economy and innovative development of Russia" (further - the Commission) are created.

4. Working groups are created by the organization equipped with functions of project office of the National technological initiative according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2016 No. 317 (further - project office), in the following structure:

the head of working group approved by the Commission from among representatives of the organizations participating in projects for the purpose of implementation of actions plans ("road maps") of the National technological initiative (further - projects of the National technological initiative), or the organizations representing the interests of the organizations participating in projects of the National technological initiative;
