1. Approve Regulations on the technical requirements imposed to forms of securities (new edition) according to appendix.

2. Enact this resolution after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Declare invalid "The technical requirements imposed to forms of securities", approved by Board of the Central bank of November 9, 1998 N 285 (reg. N 553 of 30.11.1998) from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Regulations on the technical requirements imposed to forms of securities

I. General provisions

1. Requirements to production of forms of securities are established depending on type of securities (nominal, to bearer), circulation period and nominal (the more circulation period and nominal, the are higher degree of protection).

12. Use of the paints having magnetic or electrowire properties or visualized in invisible area of range is allowed.

13. It shall be printed by printing paints which coloristic features complicate their reproduction by the known photographic and reprographic methods.

14. Additives in paint shall complicate color separation.

IV. Printing methods

15. The following types of seal can be applied to production of forms of securities (including dopechatyvaniye of semifinished products): metalcount, offset (all versions), high, Oryol. Each form of security shall be printed by at least than two types of seal.

16. Forms of personalized securities shall be printed offset and high (series and number) by seal fluorescent, magnetic paints.
