Regulations on procedure for carrying out the two-stage competitive biddings in capital construction

This Provision is developed in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 3, 2003 No. 302 "About measures for enhancement of system of the competitive biddings in capital construction" and determines procedure for the organization and carrying out the two-stage competitive biddings in capital construction.

I. General provisions

1. Action of this provision extends when purchasing goods, works and services at the expense of centralized sources (the state capital investments), means of state bodies and the state companies.
