About formation of public institutions "East state center of the Olympic preparation for track and field athletics" and "The western state center of the Olympic preparation for track and field athletics" and introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Permit the Ministry of youth and sport to form public institution "East state center of the Olympic preparation for track and field athletics" in the field of its management, having placed it on Ulitsa Prokofyeva, 38/1, to Sumy, and public institution "Western state center of the Olympic preparation for track and field athletics", having placed it on Prospekt Pobedy, 7a, in Lutsk.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. To the ministry of youth and sport to take in accordance with the established procedure the measures necessary for ensuring activities of public institutions "East state center of the Olympic preparation for track and field athletics" and "The western state center of the Olympic preparation for track and field athletics" since January 1, 2018.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. 3. Item 4 of the Procedure for carrying out experiment on involvement by the Ministry of youth and the sport of national sports federations on separate Olympic sports to the organization and holding sporting events approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2015 No. 573 "About carrying out experiment on involvement by the Ministry of youth and sport of national sports federations on separate Olympic sports to the organization and holding sporting events and introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 8, 2009 No. 695 and of February 29, 2012 No. 152" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 65, Art. 2156; 2017, No. 4, the Art. 116) to add with the paragraph of the following content:
