1. Approve:

1) Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of the aviation medical center according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Certified requirements imposed to the aviation medical centers according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy on paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of the aviation medical center

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of certification and issue of the certificate of the aviation medical center (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 41-68) of Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 2010 "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for carrying out certification and issue of the certificate of the aviation medical center.

2. In these rules the following terms and determinations are used:

1) the aviation medical center (further - AMTs) - the legal entity performing medical examination in the sphere of civil aviation;

2) the certificate of the aviation medical center (further - the certificate) - the document of the established sample certifying compliance of AMTs to certified requirements;

3) the aviation medical expert (further - the expert) - the doctor having the certificate of the aviation medical expert which had training and having practical skills and the working life in the field of aviation medicine appointed by authorized organization in the sphere of civil aviation for carrying out medical surveys of the faces which are directly tied with accomplishment and ensuring flights of aircrafts and their maintenance, servicing of air traffic to receipt of certificates or qualification marks;

5) the consulting physician - the medical specialist having the higher medical education and preparation in the field of aviation medicine, participating in performing medical examination in civil aviation;
