About non-use of separate provisions of the Technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011) concerning the vehicles delivered according to the state defense order
For the purpose of strengthening of material and technical resources of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine that separate provisions of the Technical regulation of the Customs union of TR CU 018/2011 "About safety of wheel vehicles" are not applied to the vehicles delivered for needs of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the state defense order.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
