1. Apply in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan the national standards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus interconnected with the following technical regulations of the Customs union for the purpose of ensuring compliance with technical regulations of the Customs union, and also for the purpose of carrying out researches (testing) and measurements in case of assessment of conformity of objects of technical regulation to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union:

- "About safety of the low-voltage equipment (TR CU 004/2011)" according to appendix 1;

- "About safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments (TR CU 012/2011)" according to appendix 2;

- "The technical regulation on juice products from fruit and vegetables (TR CU 023/2011)" according to appendix 3;

- "The technical regulation on fat-and-oil products (TR CU 024/2011)" according to appendix 4.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- appendices 3 and 4 of the order of the Chairman of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2012 No. 44 of odes "About Application of the National Standards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus Interconnected with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
