3. To provide to department of investment policy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of the state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Standard of the state service "Subsidizing of Rates of Remuneration when Crediting, and also Leasing for Acquisition of Farm Animals, the Equipment and Processing Equipment"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Subsidizing of Rates of Remuneration when Crediting, and also Leasing for Acquisition of Farm Animals, the Equipment and Processing Equipment" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed by non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation (further - the State corporation).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package in the State corporation - 23 (twenty three) working days.

Day of documents acceptance in the State corporation is not included into terms of rendering the state service;

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - no more than 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing - no more than 20 (twenty) minutes.

5. Form of providing result of rendering the state service: paper.

Result of rendering the state service - the written notice of the direction working body of the corresponding account for payment in bodies of treasury, or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 these standards of the state service.

7. The state service is rendered on free basis to physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).

8. The working schedule of the state corporation - Monday through Saturday inclusive, according to the working schedule from 9:00 till 20:00 o'clock, without interruption for lunch except for days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2) the statement on subsidizing (further - the Statement) in form, according to appendix 2 to this standard of the state service;

3) the copy of the loan agreement certified by financial institution with appendix of the repayment schedule of the principal debt and remuneration concluded between financial institution and the borrower;

4) the draft of the updated repayment schedule with calculations of the subsidized or not subsidized parts of rate of remuneration in paper form and the electronic edited format;

5) the statement from the loan account of the borrower about receipt of the credit (for banks of the second level) or the document confirming transfer of loan;
