1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 4-sez "The activities report of resident of free (special) economic zone" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January-December, 2017;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-sez "The activities report of resident of free (special) economic zone" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January-December, 2017.
2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 27.03.2020 No. 13
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-sez "The activities report of resident of free (special) economic zone", approved by this resolution.
