About rates for electrical and heat energy

2. To anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to develop in the new edition the price list No. 09-01 "Rates for electrical and heat energy" in the new edition.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 1, 2016, No. 417 "About rates for electrical and heat energy".
4. Enact this resolution since October 1, 2017.
