About introduction of quantitative restrictions on export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals
According to the Section X of the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries of appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, for the purpose of protection of interests of domestic jewelry industry the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Introduce quantitative restrictions on export from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals according to customs procedure of outward processing unilaterally according to Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals (appendix No. 14 to the Decision of board of the Eurasian economic commission "About measures of non-tariff regulation" of April 21, 2015 No. 30), from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021 on goods items 7106, 7107 00 000 0, 7108, 7109 00 000 0, 7111 00 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the following amounts:
1) the precious metals and primary goods containing gold:
- for 2017 - 500 kg;
- for 2018 - 500 kg;
- for 2019 - 500 kg;
- for 2020 - 500 kg;
- for 2021 - 500 kg.
2) the precious metals and primary goods containing silver:
- for 2017 - 500 kg;
- for 2018 - 500 kg;
- for 2019 - 500 kg;
- for 2020 - 500 kg;
- for 2021 - 500 kg.
2. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the date of signing of this resolution, in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Eurasian economic commission on adoption of this resolution.
3. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of consideration of the applications of participants of foreign economic activity on outward processing of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals, and issue of permissions to outward processing it is strict to State Customs Service to observe quantitative restrictions, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
