Article 1. To exclude 1) from Article 99 of the word "and also the areas which are part of the city";

2) in Article 102:

Article 2. To exclude 1) from part one of Article 1 of the word "and also the areas which are part of the cities";

2) in Article 2:

in word part seven "hokimy areas" shall be replaced with words "hokimy areas, the city of Tashkent";

Of People's Deputies to provide to the Tashkent city Kengash formation of district electoral commissions, determination of number of constituencies for the organization and elections in district Kengasha of People's Deputies of the city of Tashkent in 2017 according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About elections in regional, district and city Kengasha of People's Deputies".

Article 8. Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take necessary measures for the organization and carrying out by the electoral commissions elections in district Kengasha of People's Deputies of the city of Tashkent according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About elections in regional, district and city Kengasha of People's Deputies", to bringing to contractors and explanation among the population of essence and value of this Law.

Article 9. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
