3. To provide to department of investment policy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Subsidizing of Interest Rate for Credit and Leasing Obligations within the Direction on Financial Improvement of Subjects of Agro-industrial Complex" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent (further - the service provider).

8. Working schedule:

1) the portal - round the clock, except for the technical breaks connected with carrying out repair work (in case of the address of uslugopoluchatel after the termination of working hours, in days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2001 "About holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan" order taking and issue of results of rendering the state service is performed the next working afternoon);

2) the service provider - Monday through Friday inclusive from 9:00 till 17:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Uslugopoluchatel by means of the portal submits to information system of the subsidizing the request in electronic form certified by the EDS of uslugopoluchatel according to appendix 3 to this standard of the state service.

Confirmation of adoption of the request is the corresponding status in "personal account" of uslugopoluchatel in information system of subsidizing about acceptance of request for rendering the state service.
