1. Approve the enclosed Method of forming of the indicators reflecting labor migration following the results of nation-wide statistical observation "The questionnaire of selective inspection of employment of the population".

2. According to the statistics to provide the Ministries of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to management of statistics of work and level of living together with Legal management of Committee in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee according to the statistics the Ministries of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee according to the statistics the Ministries of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Orunkhanov K. K.).

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The method of forming of the indicators reflecting labor migration following the results of nation-wide statistical observation "The questionnaire of selective inspection of employment of the population" (further - the Technique) belongs to the statistical methodology created according to international standards and approved according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" (further - the Law).

2. The technique determines the main aspects and methods when forming the indicators reflecting labor migration following the results of nation-wide statistical observation "The questionnaire of selective inspection of employment of the population" (further - inspection).

It is determined whether the physical person since the birth lives in the settlement where examination is conducted. 10. Change of the place of residence of physical person, is characterized on its movement within the last 10 years. Treat them:

moving within one area taking into account area type;

moving from other area taking into account area type;

moving within the Republic of Kazakhstan taking into account area type;

moving from other country as the migrant worker;

moving from other country for reunion of family.

11. According to inspection the location of work of physical person is distributed on the following types:

regional center;

territory of the same area;

other area;

other country.

12. Official statistical information on the indicators characterizing migrant workers is created on annual basis on the following groups:

as the area;

on regions;

on floor;

on age groupes;

on the education level;

on employment status;

by types of economic activity.
