1. Approve the enclosed Regulations and contents of convicts on guardroom of bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to head department of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in paper and electronic types within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication;

4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of internal rules and procedures and content of convicts on guardroom of bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for internal rules and procedures and content of convicts (further - the military personnel installed on guardroom) on guardroom of bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - guardrooms).

4. Chapter 2. Procedure for acceptance of the military personnel installed on guardroom, and placement them on cameras

6. Acceptance of the military personnel installed on guardroom is made round the clock by the chief of guardroom or the chief of guard (duty shift) of guardroom (further - the accepting person) who checks availability of the documents and correctness of their registration giving the grounds for acceptance of person brought to guardroom, stipulated in Item 7 these rules conducts survey of the specified person and verifies his answers with the data specified in the document proving his identity in the presence of the health worker (paramedic) of bodies of military police medical examination by same-gender person is performed.

7. Person which brought the serviceman installed on guardroom provides to the chief of guardroom, and in its absence to the chief of guard (duty shift) the following documents:

1) identity document;

2) the copy of the court verdict certified by official stamp of military unit;

3) the copy or the statement from the order of the commander of military unit on removal from all types of allowance of the convict for serving sentence;

4) the inventory of personal belongings (in duplicate) signed by the official of the headquarters of military unit.

8. In case of acceptance of the serviceman installed on guardroom availability of the documents specified in Item 7 of these rules and correctness of their registration is checked, and also personal inspection is made, the prohibited objects and substances according to the List of the prohibited objects and substances, according to appendix 2 to these rules are withdrawn (further - the prohibited objects).

Accepted for storage at the serviceman installed on guardroom the money belonging to it, values and identity documents are checked to the chief of guardroom.

Personal belongings, objects, products, substances and food are checked to the room of storage of things of arrested.

9. The information about the serviceman installed on guardroom and also about the documents withdrawn and accepted on storage, things, objects, products, substances, values and amount of money are brought by the accepting person in the Register of persons containing on guardroom (further - the Register) in form, according to appendix 3 to these Halts, in the presence of the serviceman installed on guardroom.

10. About acceptance of the serviceman installed on guardroom and also the documents accepted on storage, things, objects, products, substances, values and amount of money the receipt on acceptance of the convict in triplicate in form, according to appendix 4 to these rules which is registered in unclassified clerical work of body of military police is constituted.

The first copy of the receipt is issued to person which brought the condemned serviceman to guardroom for registration and accounting in military unit before the termination of term of content, the second - to the serviceman installed on guardroom, third - joins the personal record of the serviceman installed on guardroom.
