According to Article 4-1, to Items 31, of 33, 7, to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 35 parts two of Article:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender by determination of authorized rating agencies and procedure for maintaining the State register of authorized rating agencies which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of June 23, 2006 No. 444 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of authorized rating agencies and issues of Certificates on inclusion in the State register of authorized rating agencies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2006 at No. 823/12697 (with changes).
3. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 23, 2015 No. 364 "About approval of the Regulations on tender by determination of authorized rating agencies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2015 for No. 416/26861 (with changes).
