1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of security measures by bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to head department of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in paper and electronic types within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence – the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of implementation of security measures by bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. These rules of implementation of security measures by bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan determine procedure of security measures bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – bodies of military police).

2. Bodies of military police taking into account features of passing of military service and work in military units or organizations apply security measures in the relation:

1) the military personnel, citizens staying in inventory during passing of military charges by them;

2) faces of civil personnel of military units or public institutions of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - military units and organizations).

3. Bodies of military police take security measures concerning persons specified in Item 2 of these rules based on their oral (written) address or on own initiative.

4. When implementing security measures the plan approved by the chief of body of military police is constituted.

In the plan are reflected:

1) forces and funds of bodies of military police raised for implementation of security measures including the list of special vehicles;

2) interaction, and also data on the attracted divisions of military units and organizations;

3) beginning and end of implementation of security measures.

5. Security measures concerning persons specified in Item 2 of the these rules which are involved in criminal trial are performed according to requirements of Article 96 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state protection of persons who are involved in criminal trial".

6. In need of immediate taking measures of safety, the commander of military unit (the chief of organization) upon the demand of body of military police makes temporary transfer of the protected person in other military unit (organization) before receipt of the order, the order of higher command on transfer.

7. For implementation of security measures concerning the serviceman containing on guardroom of bodies of military police according to the Regulations of guardrooms of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2012 No. 972 (registered in the Register of regulatory legal acts for No. 8266) its transfer from general to the solitary confinement (punishment cell) is made.

8. Security measures are performed with maintaining confidentiality of information about persons specified in Item 2 of these rules.
