About enhancement of procedure for creation and submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to item 4 of part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of RESHILA:

1. Approve enclosed:

Changes in the Rules of provision of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 at No. 1269/21581 (with changes);

Changes in the Instruction about procedure for creation of the report on household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - reporting No. 1F form, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 2012 for No. 1314/21626 (with changes).

2. Make changes to report form about household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - reporting No. 1F form, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 2012 for No. 1314/21626 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of October 19, 2015 No. 192), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

3. Establish the test period in three months from the date of entry into force of this decision for creation and submission to Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of such reporting provided by appendix 1 to the Rules of provision of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 at No. 1269/21581 (with changes):

form No. 381 (monthly) "Certificate of the raised funds and their remaining balance on correspondent account";

form No. 611 (monthly) "Report on observance of economic standard rates and limits of open foreign exchange position";

form No. 613 (monthly) "The report on concentration of risks on active transactions of bank with partners and the faces tied with bank";

form No. 618 (decade) "The report on remaining balance of the means placed in other banks and attracted from other banks";

form No. 625 (monthly) "Report on concentration of risks on passive transactions of bank".

4. This decision becomes effective from fourteenth working day after day of its official publication.

5. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

6. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

7. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.
