About the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of the packed drinking water, including natural mineral water"

According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Accept the enclosed technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of the packed drinking water, including natural mineral water" (TR EEU 044/2017) (further – the technical regulation).

2. Determine that the technical regulation becomes effective since January 1, 2019, except for:

line items of the 5th appendix №1 to the technical regulation, line item of 1 table 2 and the table 4 of appendix №. 2 to the technical regulation, line item of the 17th Section VI of the table 1, line items of 1 Section I and the Section II of the table 2, and also tables 4 of appendix № 3 to the technical regulation which become effective after development of the corresponding interstate standards containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of the specified requirements, and also techniques of researches (testing) and measurements certified (validirovanny) and approved according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and their inclusion in the list of standards determined article 4 the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014);

the paragraph third is excluded.

3. The Euroasian economic commission together with the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union about day of entry into force of the technical regulation to prepare the project of changes in the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" (TR CU 021/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 №880, regarding its reduction in compliance with requirements of the technical regulation.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
