About some questions of Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company

According to article 5-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 1995 "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to accept the state block of shares of Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company (further – JSC FPK) belonging to National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of JSC FPK of the state block of shares to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

2. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 1999 No. 405 "About types of state-owned property on the state blocks of shares and the state shares in the organizations" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 13, the Art. 124):

in the list of joint-stock companies and economic partnerships which state blocks of shares and shares remain in republican property, approved by the specified resolution:

add the Section Almaty" in the line, sequence number 123-149, of the following content:

3. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 22, the Art. 205):

the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments, approved by the specified resolution:

add in the line, sequence number 7, of the following content:

"7. Fund of the Problem Credits joint-stock company.
