form of the material safety data sheet of objects (territories) of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations, its territorial authorities and organizations subordinated to it.

Requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations, its territorial authorities and organizations subordinated to it

I. General provisions

1. These requirements establish actions for ensuring anti-terrorist security of objects (territories), obligatory for accomplishment, which owners are the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations, its territorial authorities and the organizations subordinated to it (further respectively - bodies (organizations), objects (territories), including questions of technical reinforcement of objects (territories), their categorization, control over the implementation of these requirements and development of the material safety data sheet of objects (territories).

In these requirements objects (territories) are understood as complexes technologically and technically the buildings (structures, constructions) connected among themselves and systems, certain buildings (structures, constructions) and the territories adjoining to them.

2. The personal responsibility for ensuring anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) is conferred on heads of bodies (organizations), and also on the officials performing direct management of activities of workers on objects (territories) (further - the head of the object).

3. These requirements do not extend:

a) on objects (territories) which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;

b) on the important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation regarding their equipment technical means of protection, the procedure for control of the equipment and operation of the specified technical means of protection.

II. Categorization of objects (territories)

4. For the purpose of establishment of the differentiated requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) taking into account the degree of threat to making of act of terrorism and possible consequences of its making categorization of objects (territories) is performed.
