For the purpose of implementation of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2016 "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019" and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2016 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES No. 775:

1. To approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2017 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on implementation of the caused monetary assistance on the Orleu project.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer of the approved amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) timely and target use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers to the 10th following reporting.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017 and is subject to official publication.

These rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2017 are developed by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on implementation of the caused monetary assistance on the Orleu project (further - Rules) according to article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2016 "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019" and the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2016 No. 775 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019".

2. These rules determine the procedure for use of target current transfers from the republican budget regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on implementation of the caused monetary assistance on the Orleu project provided according to the republican budget program 027 "Social security of separate categories of citizens and their support of payments" (further - the program 027) by the subprogramme 141 "Target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on implementation of the caused monetary assistance on the Orleu project (further - the subprogramme 141).
