According to the subitem 18) Article 16 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) the List of productions, shops, professions and positions, the list of hard work, works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions in which work grants the right to the reduced duration of working hours, additional paid annual labor vacation and the increased amount of compensation, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of provision of the reduced duration of working hours, additional paid annual labor vacation and the increased amount of compensation, according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of work and social partnership of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurymbetov B. B.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.

Rules of provision of the reduced duration of working hours, additional paid annual labor vacation and the increased amount of compensation

1. General provisions

1. These rules of provision of the reduced duration of working hours, additional paid annual labor vacation and the increased amount of compensation (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 18) of Article 16 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 (further - the Labor code) and establish procedure for provision of the reduced duration of working hours, additional paid annual labor vacation and the increased amount of compensation.

2. The reduced duration of working hours, additional paid annual labor vacation (further - additional vacation) and the increased amount of compensation are provided to workers, experts and employees (further - workers) according to the List of productions, shops, professions and positions, the list of hard work, works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions in which work grants the right to the reduced duration of working hours, additional paid annual labor vacation and on the increased amount of compensation (further - the List) approved according to the subitem 18) of Article 16 of the Labor code.
