According to Item 3 of Article 1 and article 2 of the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of the May 19, 2011 applied according to the Protocol on functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union within multilateral trade system (appendix No. 31 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), and taking into account Item 3 of the Protocol of July 27, 2015 on accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Marrakesh agreement on organization of the World Trade Organization of April 15, 1994, Council of the Euroasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed inventory to which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties.

2. Recognize invalid:

The decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of November 23, 2012 No. 92 "About modification of the inventory and rates to which the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan apply the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union, No. 55 approved by the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012";

item 4 of the changes made to separate decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Euroasian economic commission (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 2, 2013 No. 43 "About modification of separate decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Euroasian economic commission");

Item 2 of the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of September 3, 2013 No. 187 "About modification of some decisions of the Euroasian economic commission concerning separate types of motor vehicles";

The decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of December 23, 2013 No. 100 "About modification of the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 55 "About application by the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan of rates of the import customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union, concerning separate types of goods".

3. In paragraph one of Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 20, 2012 to exclude No. 66 of the word "or Republic of Kazakhstan".

4. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Protocol on some questions of import and the goods circulation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union signed on October 16, 2015, but not earlier than 30 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision.
