9. The customs authority has the right to carry out repeated control of the property moved through customs border of the Republic of Moldova and after release of property to free circulation.
10. The physical persons moving property through customs border of the Republic of Moldova shall:
1) to stop in places of customs control, to drive and leave the place of customs control only with the permission of the employee of customs authorities;

3) to submit to customs authority the additional documents and information necessary for customs clearance;
4) to pay customs payments in cases when the law provides their payment;
5) to perform other legal requirements of customs authorities.
10-1. When declaring property, physical persons submit the following documents in the original and their photocopy (considering features of goods, delivery and the chosen customs regime):
a) identification documents (the passport or the identity certificate) of person which will fill in the declaration of property to customs authorities - are represented in all cases;
c) the power of attorney issued to person who will perform customs declaration of goods on behalf of the physical person having the property right or uses of the corresponding property - is submitted in case of implementation of representative office of physical person;
d) authorizations, permissions - are represented for goods to which measures of economic policy or specific mode of import/export in/from the Republic of Moldova are applied (for example, animal, cultural values, weapon);
