About the companies, organizations and the organizations of allied subordination located in the territory of Ukraine

(In edition of the Decree of KM No. 8-92 of 15.12.1992)

Article 1. Determine that the property and financial resources of the companies, organizations, organizations and other objects of allied subordination located in the territory of Ukraine are state-owned property of Ukraine.

Article 2.

To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, generally till October 1, 1991 to provide transition of the specified companies, organizations and the organizations to maintaining state bodies. To completely finish this work till December 1, 1991. Property of these companies to transfer Fonda of state-owned property.

Article 3. Recognize invalid property agreements which change pattern of ownership, the operations of the moratorium established by the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR on November 29, 1990 concluded in time.

Article 4. Determine that decisions of state bodies, bodies of public, political, cooperative, other organizations and the companies, officials, and also the agreements and other agreements accepted or performed on the basis of the legislation of the USSR on change of the owner and patterns of ownership, and also creation of joint-stock and joint businesses with the assistance of bodies of authority and management of USSR after adoption of the Resolution of the Supreme Council of Ukraine of August 24, 1991 "About declaration of independence of Ukraine" without coordination with the relevant organs of management determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are considered as invalid.

Article 5.

Determine that legal successor according to the lease agreements of the state companies and contracts with heads in the territory of Ukraine concluded with the ministries and departments of the USSR is the Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.

Article 6. To provide to all companies and the organizations falling under operation of this Law unconditional accomplishment in 1991 of the state order and contractual commitments on the basis of the legislation of Ukraine.

Heads of the companies, organizations and the organizations passing into state-owned property of Ukraine, bear responsibility to the Government for accomplishment of the obligations assigned to them.

Article 7. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to hold negotiations and to sign agreements with the governments of other republics on their property on the property complexes and financial resources which are in the territory of Ukraine and also on the property complexes and financial resources of Ukraine which are in the territory of other republics.

Article 8. To the National Bank of Ukraine to establish procedure for delivery of gemstones and scrap of precious metals by the companies, organizations, the organizations located in the territory of Ukraine.

Article 9. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine monthly to report on Presidium of the Supreme Council of Ukraine on the course of implementation of this Law.

Article 10. The law becomes effective from the date of acceptance.
