3. To the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic to strengthen control of import and export of ozone-depleting substances and to perform necessary measures in connection with execution of state regulation in the field of import and export of ozone-depleting substances.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
