RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About approval of structure of divisions of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

(In edition of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 26.02.2019 No. 171)

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. UP-5644 "About First-priority Measures for Increase in Responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Efficiency of Realization of Strategic Tasks of Social and Economic Development of the Country" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. PP-4136 "About implementation of qualitatively new system of the organization of work of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. PP-4136 "About implementation of qualitatively new system of the organization of work of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan":

the executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Cabinet of Ministers) with the total extreme number of 216 units, including managerial personnel in number of 178 units according to appendix No. 1 is approved;

positions of advisers to the Prime Minister are entered into executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the secretariats of the Prime Minister, deputy prime ministers and advisers to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of industries of economy and the social sphere, and also other structural divisions are formed;

the main directions of increase in efficiency and effectiveness of work of deputy prime ministers, advisers to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the office of the Cabinet of Ministers are determined.

2. Approve:

structures of the Secretariat, Protocol service and the Press service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2;

structure of the Secretariat of the Plenipotentiary of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3;

structure of Department of international cooperation according to appendix No. 4;

structure of finance division and material logistics of activities of law enforcement agencies according to appendix No. 5;

structure of the Secretariat concerning development of telecommunications, IT technologies and innovative activities, ensuring information security according to appendix No. 6;

structure of the Secretariat concerning youth policy, culture, spirituality, mass media, creative and public organizations according to appendix No. 7;

structures of the secretariats of deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendices No. No. 8 - 12;

structures of the secretariats of advisers to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendices No. No. 13-14;

structures of the secretariats of the Managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers, his deputies and functional divisions of government office according to appendices No. No. 15 - 23.

3. To provide to deputy prime ministers and advisers to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Managing office of the Cabinet of Ministers in 15-day time introduction:

drafts of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers on approval of functional obligations of deputy prime ministers and advisers to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also regulations on the secretariats;

offers on candidates for positions of managers of the secretariats, and also on completion of the secretariats by the qualified specialists capable at the high professional level to provide high-quality study and effective implementation of objectives.

4. To provide to the managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers introduction:

in week time - on approval of the updated staff list of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers;

in 15-day time - the draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on approval of updated regulations on structural divisions of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers;

in twenty-day time - the draft of the government decision on enhancement of wages system and material stimulation of employees of the subordinated organizations of Management of economic activity of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers taking into account review of categories and increase in the sizes of tariff coefficients on compensation on the Single scale of charges.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers, advisers to the Prime Minister and the Managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
