According to item 4 of Article 80 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission solved:

1. Determine that by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union when implementing information exchange within general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions" data on the granted certificates on state registration of products confirming products compliance to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs union) or to Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to products (goods) which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) can be received the approved Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299, after entry into force of the order of Board of the Euroasian economic commission providing enforcement of the specified general process.

2. Approve enclosed the scope of information about the granted certificates on state registration of products which can be received by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and procedure for receipt of such data.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

I. The scope of information which can be received by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Data on the granted certificates on state registration of products confirming products compliance to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs union) or to Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to products (goods) which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control), the approved Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299:

a) registration number of the certificate;

b) date of issue or date of execution of the certificate;

c) the status of the certificate (is effective, it is suspended, cancelled it (is withdrawn));

d) dates of change of the status of the certificate (in case of suspension, renewal after suspension, cancellation or renewal of the certificate);

e) typographical number of the form on which the certificate is drawn up;

e) the name of the manufacturer, its location (the address of the legal entity) and the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities for production of products (if addresses differ) – for the legal entity and his branches (productions) which make products or surname, name and middle name (in the presence), the residence and the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities for production of products (if addresses differ) – for the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur;

g) the name of the applicant or receiver, its location (the address of the legal entity) and the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities (if addresses differ) – for the legal entity or surname, name and middle name (in the presence), the residence – for the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur;

h) the data on products including:

product name;

name of products (in the presence);

the data on products providing its identification (for example, type, brand, model, the article, release form, etc.) (in the presence);

i) the data containing in appendix to the certificate (in the presence);

j) for the certificates on state registration of products granted in the form approved by the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of June 30, 2017 No. 80, and the certificates on state registration of products entered in the unified register according to the Procedure approved by the specified Decision, also following data:

registration or accounting (individual, identification) number of the applicant or receiver appropriated in case of state registration of the legal entity or physical person as the individual entrepreneur according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – state members, the Union);

the name of authorized body of the state member which granted the certificate, and the address of its location;
