About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at which different types of the state control (supervision) are performed by officials of customs authorities

According to Item 2.2 of article 5 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About veterinary science", Item 4.2 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population" and part 2.2 of article 28 of the Federal law "About Quarantine of Plants" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at which sanitary and quarantine, quarantine phytosanitary and veterinary control (supervision) of goods is exercised by officials of customs authorities, according to appendix.

2. This resolution is effective till January 1, 2022.
