According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission solved:

1. Accessories for disposable the syringe handles, applied to hypodermic introduction of insulin, representing the holder of cartridge with the put scale which is intended for placement in it glass cartridge with insulin with the cap protecting it, and also mechanical part the syringe handle with scale and the rotating block for the choice of dose of insulin, with the button for pressing the piston moving inside for introduction of certain dose of insulin, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 are classified in subline item 9018 31 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
